Corporate Trade Supplies (CTS) and their trading subsidiaries are an independent leading supplier of Uniforms, sanitisation equipment, Workwear, Safety and PPE solutions to business users nationally. Based in Yorkshire where we have extensive warehouse and distribution facilities, our in-house artwork and production teams are able to customise to order across the ranges we stock. Our partnerships with other major suppliers also enables us to seamlessly allow our customers access to high value-added Merchandising and Promotional Products.
The Scope of our Quality Management System is: The fulfilment, customisation & sale of sanitisation equipment, PPE, promotional & business supplies, personalised uniforms and workwear through printing and embroidery services for a variety of industries in the UK as well as warehousing.

In addition to this we will establish, implement & maintain a management system which identifies both the requirements of both internal & external issues, interested parties, compliance obligations and ensure that all authorities and responsibilities within the company are properly assigned, understood and communicated to ensure processes meet their intended output and all customer and employees needs are met.

Our Objectives for 2024 (Jan – Dec)
These will be monitored by the Managing Director with Senior Management at regular meetings using Key Performance Indicators such as Order satisfaction reports, Audit reports, Customer complaints, Supplier review, non conformance reports & incident reporting. The Quality and Environmental System is subject to both internal and external annual audits.
In addition to this Policy our QEMS consists of Policy Documents, Procedures Manuals and Employee Handbooks. There are two controlled copies of this Policy, Copy 1 is on display within our offices & Copy 2 is on display in our warehouse facilities, it is also available on request.
This policy is controlled by the Managing Director who is also the Quality & Environmental Management Representative (QEMR) and has overall responsibility for the Quality & Environmental Management System at Corporate Trade Supplies & its subsidiaries. The QEMR is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Quality & Environmental Management System is maintained when changes to the Quality & Environmental System are planned
& implemented.
