CTS UK have the state of the art machinery and provide a range of application methods to apply your logo to a garment you choose.
All our embroidery and printing methods are done in house, enabling us to bring to life your logo. A number of different factors we need to consider such as, material of the garment but we have various options to ensure the quality of goods we produce.
Embroidery is the most durable customisation method and gives that professional corporate brand identity. This is the most popular method of customisation CTS UK produce.
A frame is placed in between the garment, along with embroidery backing. (The most important factor when choosing a stabiliser is the type of fabric being embroidered, followed by the style and stitch count of the embroidery. The stability or stretch of the fabric will determine the amount of additional stability required, remember to use a maximum of three layers or switch to a heavier backing. For more specialised work, fusible, self-adhesive peel away backings, heat and water soluble toppings and heat seal film complete the range.) This ensures the quality of the logo while stitching to the garment. Our state of the art machinery, which we only use Tajima embroidery machines, carries out the embroidery process. The operator runs the machines and selects the settings and colours to guarantee a quality embroidered garment.
Screen printing is a method of printing onto garments using thick inks that lay on top of the shirt rather than soaking into the shirt. Screen printing is what most companies use and back in the day was the only major way to create bulk amounts of custom garments.
The garment is put onto a screen printing carousel and lined up to match the screens. Depending on the colours you wanted, the garment pay undergo multi screenings using different colours. The end result is the garment has exactly the same design, and colour that you wanted. Ink gets moved over the screen and placed on the garment where the design will begin to appear. This could be duplicated depending on how many colours.
The garment has to go through a dryer process in order to cure the ink onto the garment and then you have a finished quality product
