Dispatch Times
  • Plain garments will be dispatched on a next day service which can take 1 - 3 working days 
  • Your delivery date will be stated in our order confirmation. If you have a customised item, please look out for an artwork approval email that will have to be approved before we can begin production. We operate 7 - 10 working days from artwork approval or 7 - 10 working days if we have your logo on file.
  • A new delivery date will be given on artwork approval.
Delivery Tracking 

Our courier partner is DPD who provide full tracking once your order has been dispatched. We will provide you with a dispatch notification and on here will include the courier service and tracing reference number.

  • DPD will give you a date of delivery and a one-hour window slot for your delivery time, on the morning of delivery.
  • DPD can make alternative arrangements for delivery and this can be made once you receive delivery notifications from DPD.

Plain orders - 1 - 3 working days

Customised orders with Artwork approval - 7 - 10 working days (From approval)

We have a wide range of delivery options available for locations outside the UK. Standard delivery includes mainland UK & Ireland which is free for all orders over £99 (Ex VAT) and £6.95 if the order total is under £99. Excluded from this is Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands / Isle of man. The delivery charge for these areas is £25 and may take 2 business days.

Delivery Policy
  1. All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed.
  2. CTS UK will deliver goods on time but hold no responsibility for accepted for late or non-delivery
  3. Any shortages, damages, production errors or non-delivery must be notified within 48-hours an confirmed within 3 working days of dispatch.
  4. CTS UK holds no responsibility for items damaged or when a customer has requested a specification collection location by our dedicated courier
  5. Any shortages or non-deliveries need to be supported by evidence i.e POD and a delivery note showing unchecked
  6. Any damaged parcels MUST be checked in front of courier or delivery driver
